Edwin Dickenson: MANAGING DIRECTOR

Edwin has been the principal of Olympic Construction Ltd. since March 2005. His professional career in the construction industry spans over 27 years. He continues to run the company on the ethos of integrity, quality and excellence in service that his father founded the company on. Edwin, sitting in the seat as Managing Director, with his outstanding business acumen, has successfully led the Olympic Team to completing numerous multi million dollar developments.  However, nothing stands out more to him than having satisfied clients with a job well-done. 

Mark Trayhorn MCIoB, pqs : Commercial manager

Mark is Commercial Manager at Olympic construction. He is an experienced construction professional originating in the UK and then gaining further experiences in Canada and the Caribbean region. Mark has a distinguished background in projects across all sectors such as Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Office, Retail, Industrial, varying in both remodeling and new build. Mark’s background originates as a quantity surveyor although additional roles have developed his skills in Construction and Project Management, Design Management and Value Engineering. 

Richard Hesford MCIOB: Development Director

Richard is a Development Director at Olympic Construction Ltd. He is an experienced construction professional of over twenty-five years, originating in the UK and then gaining further experiences in Grenada, St Vincent, British Virgin Islands, Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands.  He has over five-Year experience as consultant in Construction throughout the Caribbean region. Richard has a distinguished background in projects across all sectors such as Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Office, Retail, recreational complex, Industrial, varying in both remodeling and new build. Richard is an effective and dedicated leader within the construction industry as he develops individual team members skills while working to deadlines and producing high end finishes.

Peshina Williams: Finance Manager

The Finance Manager for Olympic Construction Ltd is tasks with the responsible of all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Peshina brings to the organization over ten years of Public Financial Management and Auditing Experience. Previous roles in the TCI Government Sector were, Senior Auditor, Financial Manager and Deputy Budget Director. Peshina believes strongly in the vision and core values of the company and is honored to be a part of the Olympic team.

FLORENCE JARRETT: Human Resource Manager

Florence is the Human Resource Manager at Olympic Construction. She deals with the general welfare of employees, oversees the recruitment, process; training, consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serves as a link between the organization’s management and its employees.  She has great people skills and proudly joins the Olympic team with over twenty-three years of combined experiences in business education, leadership coaching and human resources.  She basks in a bespoke approach which tailors the company’s future, using its people and its strategies to achieve its goals.
