Richard is a Development Director at Olympic Construction Ltd. He is an experienced construction professional of over twenty-five years, originating in the UK and then gaining further experiences in Grenada, St Vincent, British Virgin Islands, Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands. He has over five-Year experience as consultant in Construction throughout the Caribbean region. Richard has a distinguished background in projects across all sectors such as Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Office, Retail, recreational complex, Industrial, varying in both remodeling and new build. Richard is an effective and dedicated leader within the construction industry as he develops individual team members skills while working to deadlines and producing high end finishes.

PROJECT EXPERIENCES
Throughout my projects experience, I have had the opportunity to be the key Reporter directly to the owners and the investment groups on various projects. I have also been privileged to work in the capacity of Owner, Director, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Consultant and Client Representative.
Consultancy
At R.E.E.L Construction Consultants Ltd consulting with Developers, Suppliers, Owners and Contractors throughout the Caribbean the US and the UK. As a consultant, he assisted in setting up the Document Control, Payment Applications and other contractual procedures.
Hotel/Residential
As the Development Director of Alderock, Turks and Caicos Islands, I was involved in setting up the development and coordinating the design of the 200 acres project - Six Senses Hotel and Residential Development. As PM at the Aristo Development (The Bahamas) he was involved in the review and development of the design for the project and value engineering.
At Split Holdings Ltd (Moskito Island, British Virgin Islands) he worked as both the Construction Manager and the Client Representative for the development of a recreational complex which consisted of a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, kitchen and dining pavilions. Also, very instrumental in the development of Sir Richard Branson’s private estate. Also, as Construction Manager for the renovating and upgrading of a luxury hotel at the Freedom Resorts Ltd (Petit, St Vincent). The work consisted of renovating the existing 22 cottages and building a new beach bar, restaurant and spa to a very high-quality finish.
Cinnamon 88 (Grenada) Ltd as a Project Manager to construct a Four Seasons Resort which consisted of a 124-room hotel, 18-hole golf course and over 100 private residences.
