With over 30 years of diverse experience across the global construction industry, Paula is a seasoned leader in commercial management. Since joining The Olympic Group in June 2022 as Commercial Director, she has brought a wealth of expertise in delivering large-scale, complex projects, from inception through to completion, across multiple sectors and markets.
Paula has worked extensively in the UK, Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean, managing projects worth up to $3.6 billion. Her career is marked by a proven ability to lead teams and drive successful outcomes in new and challenging environments. She has a particular focus on high-end hospitality and leisure developments, consistently exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional value.
Her experience working with international clients and consultants, combined with her deep understanding of commercial construction, ensures that Paula continues to play a key role in shaping The Olympic Group’s strategic direction and success in an increasingly competitive industry.
Paula holds a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University and is known for her ability to build strong, results-driven partnerships that drive both client satisfaction and business growth.
