As Construction Director at The Olympic Group, Mark brings over 18 years of experience in the Caribbean construction industry, with a deep-rooted connection to the Turks and Caicos Islands since 2005. He has built a reputation for delivering some of the region’s most prestigious and complex projects, including the renowned Amanyara Resort, and continues to lead the successful execution of high-end developments across the islands.
Mark’s expertise spans both commercial and private sectors, with a focus on luxury residential and ultra-high-end hospitality projects. His leadership and comprehensive understanding of the construction process, from project direction to design team management, enable him to navigate challenging island locations and deliver projects valued up to $230 million.
Having worked with both clients and main contractors across the Caribbean, Mark brings a strategic, results-oriented approach that ensures exceptional outcomes at every stage of construction. He holds a B.SC. in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University and is known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to quality and excellence
